M. Tyler Smith's practice includes business law and litigation. He prepares business agreements, including employment and non-compete agreements, as well as confidentiality and shareholder agreements.
Keith J. Whitaker
Keith J. Whitaker joined SGWM in 2007. His areas of practice include real estate transactions and litigation, general civil litigation, adoption, contract disputes, personal injury claims, business law, and estate planning.
Bil Rhoads
Bill Rhoads joined SGWM as an associate attorney in 2009 and was named as a member of the firm in 2016. His primary areas of practice include general estate planning, wills and trusts, business transactions, and providing tax advice for clients.
