Smith, Gilliam, Williams & Miles is proud to announce that our very own, Keith J. Whitaker has been appointed as City Attorney for the City of Cleveland, Georgia. Keith is a native and lifelong resident of Cleveland.

Before joining SGWM, Mr. Whitaker served for two years as the Judicial Law Clerk for the Superior Courts of the Enotah Judicial Circuit, which includes White, Lumpkin, Union, and Towns counties.

Currently, he serves SGWM with expertise in business transactions and corporate law, litigation, real estate transactions, and Wills and Estate Planning.
