Smith, Gilliam, Williams & Miles, P.A. is pleased to announce that, effective January 1, 2016, William D. “Bill” Rhoads has become a member of the firm.

Originally from Commerce, Georgia, Mr. Rhoads joined Smith, Gilliam, Williams & Miles, P.A. as an associate attorney in 2009.   His practice is focused on representing clients in the areas of wills, general estate planning, probate, business transactions, and tax controversies.

He has served as a Director of the Gainesville Jaycees and he currently serves on the Rehabilitation Industries of Northeast Georgia Board of Directors.  He is a member of the Leadership Hall County Class of 2015-2016.  Most recently, he was named by Georgia Trend magazine as one of the 2015 Legal Elite in the State of Georgia in the areas of Taxes and Estates.
