Kaelyn Aills joined Smith, Gilliam, Willaims & Miles in August 2024. Her practice areas include business transactions and corporate law, real estate transactions, and wills and estate planning.
During her final year of law school, Ms. Aills served as a managing editor for the 75th Volume of Mercer Law Review and participated in Mercer’s Consumer Bankruptcy Clinic, where she assisted members in the community during the filing of their Chapter 7 bankruptcy cases.
