Experience

Keith J. Whitaker joined SGWM in 2007. His areas of practice include business transactions and corporate law, litigation, real estate transactions, and Wills and Estate Planning. In addition, Mr. Whitaker serves as City Attorney for the City of Cleveland, Georgia.

Before joining SGWM, Mr. Whitaker served for two years as the Judicial Law Clerk for the Superior Courts of the Enotah Judicial Circuit, which includes White, Lumpkin, Union, and Towns counties.
